We are located at number 67 in Ramgunj Bajar, right inside Fatehpuriya Bhawan. If you know the bazaar, you know how narrow the lanes can get and how crowded it is with people and carts moving all the time. Our office is in an old building that has seen better days, but it has a lot of character. We have been operating out of this same spot for quite some time now. Inside, it is mostly just shelves and desks piled high with papers and ledgers. We do a lot of our business over the phone or with people who walk in from the market. There is always someone coming by to drop off a sample or talk about a price. We drink a lot of tea here while we work. The bazaar outside is always noisy, with vendors shouting and the sound of bells, but we barely notice it anymore. It’s just the background to our day. Fatehpuriya Bhawan stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside because the walls are so thick. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the trade. Most of our regulars are like friends now because we’ve been seeing them every week for years. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just keep our heads down, manage the accounts, and make sure things get to where they need to go in the market. It is a busy place to be.
