Gmc Carpets

So, Gmc Carpets is over here at 722, Ashok Chowk. If you know Adarsh Nagar, you probably know the spot. It is not a huge place, just a regular shop where we keep the rolls and samples stacked up. Most days start with opening the shutters and sweeping the front. Ashok Chowk gets pretty busy with traffic and people walking by, so there is always a bit of dust. We spend a lot of time moving things around to show people what is in stock. It is heavy work sometimes, hauling those carpets out, but it keeps us busy. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but you can see the patterns okay. We have been at this address for a bit now. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when a new delivery comes in and we have to find space on the floor. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk in the corner with some old papers and a telephone that rings when someone is lost looking for the chowk. Usually, we are just here from morning until the sun goes down. The neighbors are alright, and we mostly just get on with it. People come in, look at the piles, and we help them move the heavy ones. It is a simple setup. Not much more to say about it really, just a carpet place in a busy part of town where the fans hum all day.
