Ganpati Wooden Art Handicraft & Quality Watches is over in the V. K. I. Area of Jaipur. Specifically, we are in Ward No. 1 in Nindar Village, in the Ganpati Nagar Colony. We’re pretty close to the Ramdev Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find our location. It’s a bit of a mix here because we do both the wooden handicrafts and we have some watches too. It’s not a typical shop you’d find in a big mall. It’s more of a neighborhood place where we know a lot of the people who walk by our door. The workshop part can get a bit dusty from the wood shavings, but that's just part of the trade. We’ve set up the colony shop to be a bit of everything for the local folks who live near us. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Jaipur. We just like what we do and the pieces we make. Sometimes we spend the whole day fixing a watch or finishing a wooden piece that needs extra care. It’s quiet enough out here in Nindar Village compared to the main city center. We like the pace of life here. Our family helps out with the daily chores of the business. We don't have any big slogans or missions for the future. We just open the shop, put out the displays, and wait for the day to start. It’s a simple arrangement that works well for us and the people nearby.
