Four Farmers Agro Farms Private Limited is located over in Jaipur, specifically at the Vcube Lavender building in Vishveshariya Nagar. Being in Triveni Nagar, it's a bit more of a city setup than a traditional farm, but our hearts are still in the soil. The four of us who started this wanted to bring a bit of a different approach to how things are managed. Our office is on the second floor, S-2, and it’s a pretty basic space with some desks and a couple of computers. We spend our time coordinating between the actual fields and the buyers. It’s a lot of phone calls and driving back and forth. Jaipur is a busy place, so getting around can take forever, which is the annoying part of the job. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team trying to make sense of the agriculture business. We deal with various crops and try to find the best way to get them to market without too many middle men involved. Sometimes we stay late finishing up the spreadsheets, especially when the season is changing. The office is usually a bit messy with samples and paperwork everywhere. It’s a lot of learning as we go. We don't have any fancy slogans or big promises. We just show up every morning and try to do a decent job for the people we work with.
