Event Manager

We run Event Manager from our place over at M-93 in Mahesh Colony. Tonk Phatak is a pretty central area in Jaipur, so it’s easy for people to drop by, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes on the narrow streets. We started this because we liked organizing things and it just grew from there over the years. It's not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we sit down and figure out how to put together events for folks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various vendors and checking on supplies like tents and lights. Jaipur can get incredibly hot in the summer months, so we usually have the coolers running full blast while we plan out schedules. We handle all sorts of small and big gatherings, mostly just keeping things organized so people don't have to worry about the details. Sometimes things get chaotic, like when a delivery is late or a venue has a last-minute problem, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a lot of running around, honestly. Most of the time we are out on the field at the actual event sites rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve been in Mahesh Colony for some time now and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to make sure the work is done.
