Afiza Events

We are based over in Vaishali Nagar, right near the Amrapali Circle at B 28. It’s a nice area of Jaipur, though traffic can be a bit of a pain sometimes when we are trying to load up the gear. We handle a lot of different types of parties and gatherings around here. Most of the time, we are just running around making sure the lights work and the chairs are where they should be. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where we keep all our supplies and meet with people who want to put on a local function. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, so we know most of the local suppliers nearby. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs help with a wedding or a small birthday, we just figure out what needs to happen and go from there. It’s not always organized perfectly on our end behind the scenes, but the event usually turns out alright. We like being part of the neighborhood. People often drop by the office to talk about their plans, and we just grab a tea and chat it out. It’s a regular local business, nothing more, nothing less. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just the one that helps out people in the neighborhood.
