We are located at G22 in the Crystal Palm Mall, right in the Kishanpole Bazar area. It is a pretty central spot in Jaipur, so it stays busy most of the time. We opened up this place because we wanted to be where the people are. The mall has a lot of foot traffic, especially on the weekends when families come out. Inside the shop, things are usually moving fast. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. It gets a bit crowded in here sometimes, especially when we have several people waiting at once. I try to keep the place tidy, but with all the work, it is a challenge. Being in Kishanpole Bazar means we deal with a lot of local folks and also people just visiting the mall. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see on TV. We are just a small team working on the ground level. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is too cold, and other times it feels like it is not working at all. That is just how mall life is. We have been at this location for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It's a decent spot to work, and we see something new every day. It's just us doing our best in a busy environment.
