Emergency Management & Research Institute

We are based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Emergency Management & Research Institute is what we go by though it is a bit of a long name to say all at once. Being here in Jaipur means we deal with the heat and the crowds just like everyone else. We aren't some big city corporation with a shiny glass building. We just have a regular office where we do our research and handle management stuff. It is mostly quiet work. We have a lot of files and books around because that is just the nature of what we do. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or a mission statement pinned to the wall. We are just a group of people who show up and do the work that needs to be done. Rajasthan is a large state and being in the middle of it helps us stay grounded. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are busy with a project but we always know where everything is. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look important. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us have lived in Jaipur for a long time so we know the area well. It's a solid place to work from and we like being part of the community here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just here doing our thing day after day.
