We are based at 95/96 Kala Nagari, which is over in the Govindpura area off Kalwar Road. Jhotwara is a busy part of Jaipur, and our street is no different. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork because that is what happens when you help people with MBBS stuff. There are always folders piled up on the desks and the phone seems to ring right when you sit down to eat. It is just a small team of us here. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls; it is more like a regular house that we turned into a workspace. The walls are a bit plain and we have a lot of maps pinned up. People come in worried about their kids going far away for medical school, and we just sit and talk through the steps with them. It takes a long time to get everything right. Kalwar Road is always loud, so we keep the front door shut most of the time to keep the noise out. Sometimes the internet acts up and we cannot send our emails, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It is just a practical place in Jaipur where we handle the documents and try to make sense of all the different requirements for the universities. It is a long process, but we just take it day by day.
