Change

Our business is called Change and we are located on the 2nd floor of Crystal Court, in Malviya Nagar. Being in a complex like Crystal Court is a bit different from having a shop on the street. It’s a bit quieter up here on the second floor, away from the main entrance noise. We have shop number 218. It’s a clean space, though we often have piles of clothes or items waiting to be sorted out. We spend our time helping people who come up to see what we have. Malviya Nagar is a busy area, but once you get inside the building, things calm down a little. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us making sure everything stays in order. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so people have to take the stairs, which we always feel a bit bad about. We try to keep the windows clear so some natural light comes in, but mostly we rely on the overhead lamps. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't go in for big marketing stunts or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and wait for customers to find us. It’s a nice enough place to spend the day, and we’ve gotten to know the other people working in the complex. We’re just a regular business doing our thing in a corner of the mall.
