Even though it’s a villa, we use the space to manage everything related to our seed business. It’s a bit different from a typical office building, but it works for us. We have rooms filled with samples and ledgers. Sirsi Road is a good spot because it’s easy to get to, though the traffic can be a real pain during the peak hours.
