Dinesh Hair Dresser

Dinesh Hair Dresser is located on Shakun Road in Naraina. It's right on the main road, so you can't really miss it if you're passing through. It's just a small local barber shop, nothing too fancy. I've been working here for a long time, and I've seen the road get busier and busier every year. The shop is simple—just the usual chairs, some mirrors, and my tools. I don't really go for the modern salon look with bright lights and music. I prefer it this way. People come in, sit down, tell me what they want, and we get to it. Most of my customers are locals from Naraina who have been coming to me for years. We talk about the crops, the weather, or whatever is happening in the village. It's a place where men come to relax for twenty minutes while they get a shave. Sometimes the children come in for their first haircut, and they’re always a bit scared, but they get used to it. The main road is always dusty, so I spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. It’s just a basic life, running a shop on the main road. I don't have a big team or anything, just me doing my work day in and day out. It's honest work and it keeps the kitchen fire burning. That's enough for me, I think. We’ll be here as long as we can.
