Diksha Classes

Diksha Classes is tucked away at 9 Lalarpura, over by Gandhi Path West in the Pratap Market area of Vaishali Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of Jaipur. Being in a market area means there is always something going on outside our door. You can hear the vegetable vendors and the motorbikes all day long. The space we have is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for everyone to get to. We’ve got three rooms that we use for the different batches. I remember when we first moved in, the place was completely empty and we had to carry all the benches in ourselves. Now, it feels much more lived-in. There are posters on the walls and stacks of photocopies everywhere. It gets a bit cramped when everyone shows up at the same time, but we manage. I usually stay late to lock up, and the market is still going strong even then. It’s a good spot because students can grab a snack nearby after they finish their lessons. We don't have any big slogans or glossy brochures. People just come in, ask about the schedule, and start attending. It’s a very straightforward setup. I handle most of the registrations myself while also trying to keep the place organized. It’s a lot of work, but I like being in this part of town with all the hustle.
