Design Design

We are over here inside Kesar Bhawan, which is right across from Mayank Trade Centre. If you know the Sindhi Camp Bus Stand, you know how busy Station Road gets every single day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Most mornings start with the sound of buses and people shouting outside, which you get used to after a week. We handle a lot of design work, mostly stuff people need for their shops or small businesses nearby. It’s just me and a couple of others sitting at our desks, looking at screens and trying to make things look decent. Sometimes the power acts up or it gets too dusty from the road, but we manage. We don’t have some big corporate philosophy or anything. We just show up, open the door, and start working on whatever project is next on the list. If someone walks in from the street looking for a quick layout or a change to a file, we try to help them out. It’s a practical kind of life here. We keep our coffee mugs on the side and just keep clicking away. It’s not glamorous work, but it fills the day. Living and working near the bus stand means there is never a quiet moment, but it keeps us on our toes I guess.
