My shop, Deepak Mobile And Recharge, is located right in Sundar Vihar, Durgapura, at number 31. It’s a small space but it fits everything we need to operate. Most people come in because their phone stopped working suddenly or they need a quick recharge for their data plans. I’ve been sitting behind this counter for a few years now. You get to know everyone in the neighborhood after a while, which is a nice part of the job. I remember who needs what before they even say anything when they walk through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is in a big hurry, and things get a bit hectic in here. I just try to fix what I can and keep everyone moving. My brother stops by sometimes to bring me tea while I’m working on a screen repair or helping someone with a new SIM card. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just some wooden shelves and a few posters on the wall. We have some chargers and headphones tucked away in the back too. Life in Durgapura stays busy, and there’s always someone walking past the door. If you need a top-up or your phone is acting up, you can find us here easily. We don’t have a big neon sign, but everyone knows the spot. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for me.
