You can find us at Plot No.140 in Shree Gopal Nagar. We’re pretty close to the Gopalpura Bye Pass, which is always packed with traffic and people moving around. Cosmo Infratel Private Limited is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a busy office, mostly because we’re always coordinating stuff for different sites. We aren't the type to sit behind desks all day, though. Usually, we’re out on the field or checking on equipment near the bypass. The heat in Rajasthan can be brutal, so we try to get the outdoor stuff done early in the morning. Our team is small, but we’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how each other thinks. It’s not a corporate environment with lots of meetings. We mostly just talk over lunch or while we’re driving to a job. The office is full of maps and technical drawings. We’ve had to learn a lot on the fly as technology changes. It’s been a challenge, but we enjoy the puzzle of it. People around the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always on the move. We just try to keep things running and make sure the infrastructure is solid. It’s a living, and we’re proud of what we’ve built over the years. No big speeches, just plenty of work to go around.
