You can find Colours Hair & Beauty Care over at Plot No-40 on Heerapura Road. We are situated in Vaishali Nagar, right opposite Chitrakoot, Sector-6. It’s a decent sized plot, and we’ve made sure there is enough room for everyone to sit comfortably. Most of the people who come here are from the nearby houses in Sector-6. They walk across the road when they need something done. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up in Jaipur, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass and the counters. We have different sections for hair and other beauty stuff, but it all feels like one big room when it gets busy. There’s a lot of chatter usually. People talking about their kids or what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't try to be like those big mall salons that feel cold and quiet. This is a place where you can hear the scissors snip and the hairdryer humming all afternoon. The mirrors are large and show everything, and we keep the towels clean and ready. It’s just a part of the daily life on Heerapura Road. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down and the streetlights come on.
