We are located in Malviya Nagar in Jaipur. The office is 104 in the Royal Paradise building. It sounds like a grand name, but it’s a pretty standard building with different businesses on every floor. We’re on the first floor, which is convenient because the lift can be slow sometimes. The space inside is mostly open. We’ve got our desks arranged so we can see what everyone is doing. Jaipur gets really hot, so the air conditioner is usually running at full blast from morning until we leave. We don't have much in the way of decor. Maybe a couple of posters on the wall that have been there since we moved in. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We have a small pantry where we keep some snacks and a kettle. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the tasks on our screens. The area outside Royal Paradise is quite lively. There are shops and food places all around, so getting lunch is never a problem. We aren't trying to be a big flashy agency. We’re just a group of people in Malviya Nagar doing our jobs. The office feels like home after a while. We know all the security guards and the guys who deliver the mail. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment for us.
