Classic Hair Arts

Down on Station Road in Sanganer you will find Classic Hair Arts. We are right in the thick of things near the station area. It is a loud part of Jaipur with the trains and the buses always moving nearby at all hours. I have been working here for a long time and I have seen the area change quite a bit as more people move in. The shop stays pretty busy because of the location. People getting off the train sometimes stop in for a quick clean up before they head to their next destination. I keep a couple of chairs going and there is usually some tea being shared if it is a slow afternoon. My hands are always busy with the scissors or the comb. I learned the trade from my uncle and I have been doing it the same way ever since. We don't have fancy air conditioning just a couple of good fans that keep the air moving on hot days.
