Raja Arts Jaipur sits right on Nahar Garh Road. If you know Chandpole Bazar then you know it can get pretty crowded. We are right in the thick of all that noise and movement. Every morning the shutters go up and the street is already starting to wake up. We have been here at this spot for a while now. The walls are covered in bits and pieces of the things we make. It is not a showroom with glass cases or anything like that. It is more of a working space where things get done. You can smell the materials we use as soon as you step inside. The traffic on Nahar Garh Road is always there in the background. We are used to the sound of horns and people talking outside. It is a lively part of Jaipur to be in. We just focus on the art and the projects people bring to us. Some days are busier than others but we are always here. Raja Arts Jaipur is just a small part of this big market. We know the other shopkeepers around us and we all just get on with our day. The space is a bit cramped maybe but it works for us. We like the energy of Chandpole Bazar. It keeps us going even when the heat gets a bit much in the afternoon. It is just where we do our thing.
