We spend our days dealing with the usual office routines. There is always a stack of documents waiting for someone to look at them and plenty of messages to return. The space we have is not huge, but it is functional and we have it organized in our own way. We like being in Agrawal Farm because it is easy for people who live nearby to stop in and see us. Sometimes it gets a little noisy with the traffic outside, but mostly it is just the normal sounds of the neighborhood. We do not have any kind of fancy corporate culture going on here. It is just a small, local office where we focus on getting our tasks done. We have our tea, talk about the work for the day, and just keep things moving along. The desks are usually covered in papers, but that is just how we manage to stay on top of things. It is an honest, everyday kind of workplace for us. We have been here long enough that we know all the local shortcuts.
