Ca Dinesh Vijay operates out of Thatheron Ka Rasta, which is right in the heart of the old city in Chaura Rasta. If you know Jaipur, you know how busy and narrow these lanes can be. It is a historic area with a lot of character, but it can be a bit of a struggle to get through the crowds sometimes. The office at 1673 is a small space where we manage all the accounting work. It is surrounded by the sounds of the market and people shouting. Inside, we try to keep things as organized as possible, though the stacks of files seem to grow on their own. We work on income tax, GST, and general bookkeeping for the traders and residents around here. It is a very traditional way of working. We see a lot of people walking in just to ask a quick question about their taxes or a notice they received. There is no corporate hierarchy here. It is just us sitting at our desks, working through the numbers. We use old fans to keep cool during the Jaipur summers. The office feels lived-in and busy. We do not have fancy signage or a reception area. You just walk in and we talk about what needs to be filed. It is a grounded, practical way to run a CA practice, right in the middle of the city's oldest commercial hub.
