N C Collection

We are over at Shop No. 2, Plot No. 3 in Dulha House, which is right in the heart of Bapu Bazar. If you’ve ever been to the bazaar, you know how crowded and loud it can get at all hours. Our shop is a little escape from all that noise outside. We have been here for quite some time now and seen many things change. N C Collection is mostly about traditional wear and daily outfits. We have a lot of bright colors because that’s what people usually like for the local festivals. I spend a lot of time folding things back up after customers have looked through the piles. It’s a never-ending job, but it keeps me busy. The shop isn't very wide, so we have to use every single inch of space we have on the walls. I keep a small wooden stool by the door so I can watch the street when things are slow. Bapu Bazar is always changing, with new shops opening and old ones closing down, but we’ve managed to stay put. We don't have a fancy website or any of that. We just rely on people walking by and stopping in. I try to be honest with folks about how something actually fits them. If it doesn't look right, I'll tell them. There’s no point in someone buying something they won't feel good in.
