Bansi Hair Salon

You can find us at shop number 3 in Kanwar Nagar, here in Jaipur. It is a small area and everyone knows everyone else. Our shop is not very big, just a basic room with the equipment we need to cut hair. We have been standing in this same spot for a long time, watching the neighborhood change around us. The walls have a few scratches and the floor is worn down from years of people coming in and out, but that is just how it is. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just a local hair salon where you can get a decent cut for a fair price. Most of our customers are older men who have been coming to us since they were young, and now they bring their grandsons. It is nice to see the generations pass through. We spend a lot of time just chatting about the weather or the local news while we work. There is no rush here. We take our time to make sure the hair is cut the way the person wants it. Kanwar Nagar is a quiet place compared to the rest of the city, and our shop fits right in. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer to walk through the door. It is a simple routine that we have followed for years. We are just a small neighborhood shop.
