Ayana Kisan Agro Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Ayana, which is located in Tehsil Piplada. Our main person is Bheemraj, who is the son of Anandi Lal Nagar. We are very much a village-based company, and the Nagar family has been a part of this community for a long time. Ayana is the kind of place where the harvest defines the year. We started this agro producer company to help the local farmers in Piplada get a better handle on their work. Bheemraj is usually available at the village site to talk to anyone who has questions. We don't have a formal reception desk or a polished waiting room. People just come by the house or the designated meeting spot in the village and we talk things out over some tea. It is a very practical way of doing business. We deal with the realities of farming life, like the cost of fertilizers and the timing of the rains. Our goal is just to work together as a group so that individual farmers don't have to face all the struggles alone. It’s a simple idea, but it takes a lot of coordination to make it work. We are just normal people from Ayana, working hard and hoping for good crops every season. There are no big promises here, just the collective effort of Bheemraj and the rest of the members to keep things moving forward for everyone in the tehsil.
