Ascent Classes

Ascent Classes is over in Chand Bihari Nagar, Khatipura, at house number 33/A. It’s a regular building that we’ve turned into a space for teaching. We’ve been around this part of Khatipura for a good bit now. It’s not a massive campus or anything. We just have a few rooms where students can sit and study. The street outside can get a bit crowded with bikes, especially when a class is ending. We don't have any big signs or neon lights. It’s just a place where students come to learn. The furniture is basic, mostly wooden benches and some desks that have seen better days. We care more about whether the students are actually getting the material than whether the floor is polished. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the summer, but the fans do their job. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of the kids who come here live within walking distance or take a short rickshaw ride. It’s a local operation. We know the parents and the families around here. If you need help with your schoolwork, you just come by and we see where you’re at. It’s honest work. We show up, we teach, and the students study. That’s the whole routine. It’s a simple life at 33/A, and we like it that way.
