Aruna Impex

Our office for Aruna Impex is located at C-9 in Vaishali Nagar. This is a pretty popular part of town, so there are always people moving about and cars honking outside. We handle various import and export tasks here, which means we spend a lot of time looking at shipping schedules and trying to track containers across the ocean. The space is a bit small for the five of us, but we make it work somehow. We have desks pushed up against each other and power cords running everywhere for the computers. Vaishali Nagar has a lot of good places to eat nearby, which is definitely the best part of working in this location. We often go out for a quick snack or some tea in the evening when the work starts to slow down. Our business is built on long-term relationships we have had with suppliers for many years. We do not do any advertising or social media stuff. People usually find us because someone they know recommended our services. The shelves are full of old binders and paper catalogs that we probably should throw away, but you never know when you might need to look something up. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port for weeks, and we have to spend hours on the phone. It can be frustrating, but that is just the nature of international trade. We just keep at it every day.
