Our place is at O-5A Dewan Ji Ki Nashiya. The best way to find us is to look opposite S.M.S. Hospital. Because we are so close to such a big hospital, things are always moving fast. There is a lot of energy in this area, sometimes a bit too much. We deal with a lot of surgical supplies because of our location. Our stock turns over pretty quickly. You’ll often see people rushing in and out. The shop itself is packed from floor to ceiling. We try to keep a path clear through the middle, but during a delivery, it’s a bit of a squeeze. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or glossy brochures. We put our effort into making sure the items people need are actually on the shelf when they ask. The staff here has been together for a long time. We know where every single box is kept, even if it looks like chaos to an outsider. It’s a busy life, being right across from the hospital. We hear the sirens all day long. It reminds us that what we do matters, even if we are just moving boxes. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes scrawled on the back of old envelopes. That’s how we work every single day.
