We are located at Dev Nagar Mod, which is right across from the Satnam Honda on Tonk Road. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about. We run a trading business here, which basically means we deal in a variety of different goods depending on what is in demand. Our shop is a simple place, easy to find once you see the Honda showroom across the street. We’ve been at this spot for a good while now. We don't have any fancy corporate rules or a polished office setup. It’s just a counter, some shelves, and a place for people to sit and talk. We like the way things are done here in Dev Nagar Mod. You get to know the other shop owners and the regulars who walk by every day. Tonk Road is always loud, but it brings in a lot of people, which is good for us. We don't spend any money on advertising or big signs. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to us for years or people who just happen to see the shop while they are out. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. Sometimes it is very busy and other times we just sit and drink tea. We try to be fair with our prices and just do honest business with everyone. It’s a practical way to live and it suits us just fine.
