Anil Kumar Agrawal & Co is based at 208 M I Road, right inside Annukampa Tower. It’s one of those busy buildings where everyone always seems to be in a rush to get somewhere. We have got a spot on the second floor. It is not too hard to find once you are actually inside the tower. We spend most of our time here just dealing with the day-to-day work that comes across our desks. There is always someone coming in to drop off some documents or ask a quick question about their paperwork. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us doing the work. The view from the window is not much, just the street below, but it keeps us feeling connected to the rest of the city. We have grown used to the constant hum of the traffic on M I Road over the years. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so it feels more like catching up with old friends when they visit. We keep things pretty informal around here. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. No fancy automated systems or scripts here. Just real people answering. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the records we have to keep, but we know where everything is. It is a practical place for practical work. We usually start early and stay late. It is just how we operate.
