Alpanas Sringaar Hair Beauty Studio

This studio is right across from the Indian Bank on Madhyam Mg. It's near KV number 5, so there are always people walking around the area. We’ve been at 71/6 for a bit now. Inside, it's just a regular hair and beauty shop. We’ve got the usual chairs and some shelves for all the bottles and stuff we use. Sometimes the front door sticks a little when it's humid outside. We don't really do anything fancy here, just basic hair cuts and the usual beauty things people ask for. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast, so we’re always sweeping. It’s just a few of us working here most days. We drink a lot of chai between customers. Sometimes we forget to change the music and the same songs play over and over. It doesn't seem to bother anyone though. We know the shopkeepers next door and we usually talk about the weather or how busy the road is getting. It’s a small place but it’s ours. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. If you need your hair trimmed or something like that, you just come in. We try to keep the place tidy but with all the products and tools, it gets a bit crowded. It’s just how a working shop looks. We’re here most days except for when we need to run errands or if the power goes out. That is how we run Alpanas Sringaar Hair Beauty Studio.
