Alacrity International

We are located over in Bajaj Nagar at AA-3 in Anita Colony. It’s a decent spot, quite easy to find if you know the area well. Alacrity International is really just a group of us trying to keep up with all the orders and shipping schedules. The office is usually full of boxes and packing tape rolls. It can get pretty loud when we are sealing everything up for the day. We don't have fancy furniture or anything; it’s mostly just sturdy tables and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. One of the drawers always sticks, so you have to give it a good kick to open it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on the computers, checking where everything is going. The street outside is usually lined with scooters, and sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park. We drink a lot of tea here because the mornings start early and the work doesn’t really stop until late. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. It’s practical and a little messy at times. We’ve got some plants in the corner, but someone usually forgets to water them, so they look a bit sad. Still, we like it here. It’s our space and we know how everything works. We just focus on getting the crates out the door and making sure the labels are on straight. It’s honest work and it keeps us very busy.
