We are located in Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, specifically at 52/73. It is an area that has changed a lot over the years. My days are spent mostly looking at monitors and opening up computer towers to see what’s wrong inside. The shop is full of spare parts, old keyboards, and tangled wires that I keep meaning to organize better. We handle a lot of different services here, from fixing a slow laptop to setting up a printer that won't connect. It is a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error sometimes. People in the neighborhood bring their systems when they stop working, and they usually want them fixed yesterday. I try my best to get through the pile of work on my desk. It is not a shiny corporate office. It’s a small space where we get our hands dirty with toner and thermal paste. The fan hums in the corner and there is usually a stack of old hard drives sitting on the shelf. Sanganer is a busy place, and the heat can be tough on the machines, so we see a lot of overheating issues. I enjoy the work because it keeps my brain active. Every computer has a different problem, and it’s my job to find a way to make it run again. It is just me and the machines most of the time, and that suits me fine. We just try to keep the local computers running.
