Our office is at 68-A in Jai Chamunda Colony, which is part of Bandhu Nagar in the Murlipura and Vidhyadhar Nagar area. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a factory. We do research into bio-organic things. It sounds very scientific, and some of it is, but a lot of it is just testing and seeing what works best for plants without using too many chemicals. We have a small lab area and some desks. The colony is usually pretty quiet, except for when the kids are coming home from school. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors know us as the people who work with plants. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from someone else. It’s a small, honest operation. We don’t pretend to be some giant research institute. We’re just a few people interested in organic farming and trying to find practical solutions. Sometimes the research doesn't go as planned, and we have to start over. That’s just part of the job. We keep our records in simple folders and try to stay organized.
