Aggarwal Exports

We are over at Shop No. 3 in Chameli Wala Market. It’s right opposite the G.P.O. on M.I. Road, so it’s a very central spot for us. The market is always crowded and there’s a lot of energy around. Aggarwal Exports has been here for a long time. Our shop isn't very big, but we pack a lot into it. You can hear the traffic from M.I. Road all day long. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and sorting through items. It's a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking lists. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team of employees. It’s just us here in the shop. People stop by on their way to the post office sometimes just to say hello. We keep the door open most of the time to let the air in, even if it brings in the dust from the road. The shelves are mostly full of things waiting to be shipped out. We don’t really have a process for everything; we just do what needs to be done that day. Sometimes we lose track of time when it gets busy. It’s a simple life running a shop in a market like this. You see all sorts of people walking by. We’re proud to be part of the local scene here. It’s not always easy, but we’ve made a go of it.
