Fida Urban Ethnic Wear

Our shop is tucked into the M G F Mall at Shop No G-15 on the ground floor. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a shop on the street, but we try to keep the same local feeling. We deal in urban ethnic wear, so you’ll see a lot of kurtas and sets hanging up when you walk in. The ground floor gets a lot of foot traffic, especially on the weekends when families come out for a movie or some food. We spend a lot of our time folding clothes and making sure the hangers are straight. It’s just a small team of us here. We don't have a big corporate back-end. It’s just us talking to customers and helping them figure out what looks good for a lunch or a small gathering. The mall can be quite loud with the music and the crowds, but inside G-15, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We don't push people to buy anything; we just let them browse through the racks at their own pace. Sometimes we change the mannequins in the window when we get something new in, which is always a bit of a chore but it has to be done. We’ve been here for a while now and have some regular people who stop by just to see what’s new. It’s a simple shop in a big building, and we like it that way.
