Traffic Jam Food Junction

Traffic Jam Food Junction is at Shop No 37 on Kingsway Road. We’re over in the Cantt Sadar area of Jabalpur. Being in 482001 means we get a mix of people, from those living in the cantonment to folks just passing through on their way to work. We’ve been running this shop for a while. It’s not a massive place, just a regular food junction where you can get something to eat. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just focus on the work. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We like the buzz of Kingsway Road, even when it gets a bit loud outside. It’s a decent place to work. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We just try to keep our heads down and do a good job. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished way of speaking. We talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. If the shop is full, people just wait a bit or take their food to go. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Jabalpur life. It's a busy city and we're just one small part of it. We keep our space clean and our food simple. That’s about all there is to it.
