Our shop is over at 103/105 on ITI Road in Vijay Nagar Colony. We are quite close to Deendayal Chowk, which is a landmark most people in Jabalpur recognize easily. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now, just dealing with food every day. It’s a busy neighborhood and we see a lot of the same faces coming in for their daily stuff. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local business trying to keep things moving. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot into it. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready before the crowds show up. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic behind the counter when everyone wants their order at the same time, but we get through it. The area around Vijay Nagar has changed a lot since we first opened, but we’re still here in the same building. We focus on making things that taste like they should, without adding a bunch of weird stuff. It’s just honest cooking. People stop by on their way home from work or when they’re headed to the chowk. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. If you’re walking down ITI Road, you’ll probably smell what we’re making before you even see the door. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
