K D Mini Meals sits right in Gole Bazar in Jabalpur City. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right across from D N Jain College. Being near the college means we see a lot of students coming by between their classes. We are also near Jamdar Hospital, so we get a lot of people who are visiting family or just need a quick bite while they are in the area. Our address is 482002, and it’s a very busy corner of the city. We focus on mini meals, which means things are kept simple and served without a lot of waiting around. The kitchen is small, so we have to stay organized to keep things moving. Jabalpur can get quite warm, and Gole Bazar is always full of people shopping or talking. We’ve been here long enough that we know many of our customers by face. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us making sure the pots are full and the tables are clean. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a particularly busy day. We just do our work, talk to the regulars, and try to keep up with the pace of the street outside. It’s a loud, lively place to work, but we like being right in the middle of Jabalpur City. There’s no mystery to what we do here every day.
