We operate out of 764/1 Samajwadi Indira Nagar in Indore. It is a one-person company officially, but there are always people around helping out. The office is just a straightforward room where we keep all our records and do the daily business of pharma distribution. Indira Nagar is a decent area to work in, though it can get pretty hot in the summer months. I spend a lot of my day on the computer or on the phone with manufacturers. It is a lot of logistics and trying to figure out the best way to get things moved from one place to another. I don't have a fancy title or a big office with a view. It is just a desk, a chair, and a lot of work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit behind, and I have to spend the whole weekend catching up. That is just how it goes when you are running things yourself. I don't use any big marketing words to describe what we do. We just supply pharmaceuticals. It is as simple as that. People in Indore are generally hardworking, and I try to match that energy. I don't have a big sign outside or anything. If people need to find me, they usually have my number already. It is a practical, no-nonsense way of doing business that seems to work for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is required.
