We are based at number 41 in Swastik Nagar, which is right along the M. O. G. Line. It’s an area that has both houses and small offices, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. Our building is easy to spot once you get onto the right street. Inside, we have rows of shelves and boxes filled with various medicines and supplies. A lot of our day is spent looking at lists and making sure the right items are packed into the right crates. It is quiet work for the most part, though the phone rings quite a bit with people asking about stocks. We keep everything very organized because you can't afford to lose track of things when it comes to pharmaceutical products. The air inside is usually cool to keep the products safe. We have a few delivery vans that come and go from the front gate throughout the morning. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat or ask for directions. We’ve been at this Swastik Nagar location for a while, and we like the rhythm of the place. It’s not a flashy setup, just an honest office and warehouse where people come to do their jobs and go home. We focus on the daily tasks of sorting and shipping. It can get a bit repetitive, but knowing these medicines are going out to shops and hospitals makes it feel like important work for the people in the area.
