We operate out of 236 Sector-E in the Sanwer Road Industrial Area. It’s a big industrial zone, so we are surrounded by warehouses and factories of all kinds. Ceza Formulations Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we get things done. It’s not a showroom or a fancy office. It’s a working environment with a lot of heavy shelving and concrete floors. The air out here in the industrial area always smells a bit like dust and machinery. We spend our days managing the production side of things and keeping an eye on the logistics. It can get pretty loud when the machines are running or when the big trucks are loading up in the bay next door. We have a small office section, but most of us are usually out on the floor. We aren’t interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We just follow the schedules and try to make sure everything leaves the building on time. The lighting is bright and functional, and the tea break is the highlight of the afternoon for most of the staff. It’s a tough, honest kind of work environment. We’ve been in Sector-E for a while now and we know the neighbors well. It’s not a fancy place to visit, but it’s where we do our best work every day. We just keep our heads down and keep the orders moving through the system.
