Skyline Pharma is tucked away on the first floor of the Dawa Bazar building at 377. We are in the 13-14 section on R. N. T. Marg. Being in a Dawa Bazar means we are surrounded by other shops just like ours. It is a very loud and crowded place, especially in the middle of the day when the wholesalers are moving their boxes around. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs and navigate through the hallways. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't used to the market, but once you’re here, it’s a whole different world. There are stacks of medicine boxes everywhere. We spend a lot of our time checking invoices and making sure the counts are right. It’s a bit of a maze inside. We use small fans to keep the air moving, but it still gets quite stuffy during the summer months. We don't really have walk-in customers looking for a single band-aid; it’s more about the bulk stuff and people who know exactly what they are looking for. The floor is concrete and the shelves are heavy metal. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the long afternoons. It’s hard work, but being part of the R. N. T. Marg market is just how it is for us.
