Tealogy Cafe Private Limited

We are over at Flat 102 in Amans Regency, right in Mahalaxmi Nagar. It’s a busy spot in Indore. People are always coming and going on Mr 3. Inside the cafe, the smell of ginger and boiling milk is usually the first thing you notice. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the burners going pretty much all day. The tea strainers get used so much they look a bit worn out. We try to keep the tables wiped down, but sometimes when a big group leaves, it takes us a minute to catch up. It gets noisy when the afternoon crowd shows up. Tealogy Cafe Private Limited mostly focuses on getting the cups filled and handed out to the people waiting at the counter. Sometimes we run out of clean spoons and have to wash them fast. The walls have a few scuffs here and there from chairs being moved around. Our staff lives nearby so they walk to work. We talk about what happened in the neighborhood while we wait for the kettle to whistle. It isn’t a huge space, but it fits enough people for a quick break. We handle the tea leaves and the sugar buckets constantly. At night, we mop the floors and lock the gate at Plot 40/41. It feels good to sit down after a long shift. We don't have many decorations, just the basics to keep things running.
