Simran Public School is located in Shi Krishna Avenue, Phase 2, right at number 116. It’s a residential neighborhood in Indore, so we are right in the middle of where people live. The school isn't some massive gated compound; it feels more like a part of the local street. We have kids coming from the nearby houses, and you see the parents chatting at the gate every morning. The building is a few stories high and we’ve tried to make the most of the space. There’s a small area for physical education and some play equipment for the younger ones. Indore is a busy city, but Phase 2 is relatively calm compared to the main markets. Inside, the classrooms are filled with the usual stuff—charts on the walls, stacks of notebooks, and rows of benches. We don’t have a huge administrative staff, so the teachers end up doing a lot of the extra work like organizing the functions or talking to parents about bus routes. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays, but we find our rhythm by Tuesday. It’s a practical school for working families. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure the atmosphere is decent for learning. It’s not a polished corporate school, just a place where we know the students by their names.
