Bhavans Prominent School

Bhavans Prominent School is located out in Nipania, which used to be a lot quieter than it is now. Indore is growing fast, and you can see it right outside our gates. The morning starts with the yellow buses rolling in one by one. There is always a bit of a rush at the entrance. The building itself is sturdy and has seen many seasons. We spend a lot of time making sure the playground is clear of stones before the younger ones go out. Inside, the classrooms have that typical school smell—chalk dust and old paper. It’s not fancy. The desks have some scratches on them from years of use. We keep the fans running at full speed during the summer months because it gets quite stuffy. Teachers are usually seen carrying stacks of notebooks across the courtyard. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just open the windows wider. We don't have a big team of people to handle everything, so everyone chips in where they can. If a tap is leaking, someone fixes it. If a shelf breaks, we find a hammer. It’s a local place for local kids. Most people around here know us by name. We try to keep things organized, but with so many children, there’s always a little bit of chaos. That’s just part of being a school in a place like this.
