Shri Vinayak Institute Of Science

Our institute is at number 50 in Sanjay Nagar, right along the M R 9 Road in Indore. A lot of people find us by looking for Anoop Astha Talkies, which is the big landmark nearby. Indore is a busy city, and M R 9 Road is always full of movement, but Sanjay Nagar itself feels a bit more like a real neighborhood. Our building is a simple structure that we’ve been using for a long time. It’s not one of those glass-fronted modern offices you see in the newer parts of town. We have several rooms for the students and a small desk near the front where I usually sit and handle the daily tasks. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but we try to keep it tidy. The talkies nearby bring a lot of people to this area, so there’s always something going on. We don't use any fancy management software or anything like that; we just use notebooks and our own memories to keep track of things. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. Most of the people who come here are from the surrounding parts of Indore City. We have some old posters on the walls and plenty of chairs that have been sat in by hundreds of students over the years. It’s a place with some history to it. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local science institute in a busy part of Indore, trying to keep the lights on and the books open.
