Sharda Mandir High School

Our school is on Road No 5 in Nehru Nagar, right here in Indore. It is a high school, so we deal with the older kids who are getting ready for their big exams and figuring out what to do next. The area is pretty well known to most people in this part of town. We have been sitting on this road for quite a bit of time now. The building is familiar to everyone in Nehru Nagar. It is not one of those huge, shiny campuses you see in magazines, but it is a solid place for learning. Every morning, you see the students walking in with their bags, and in the afternoons, they all rush out to get home or hang out for a bit. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The staff here mostly lives nearby or knows the neighborhood well. It is a local place through and through. We do not have any big fancy speeches about what we do. We just open the doors, teach the classes, and hope the kids do okay in life. The classrooms are basic but they have what is needed. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the bells ring, but that is just part of school life. We like being part of the 452011 zip code area. It feels like home to us and the families who send their children here year after year.
