Shree Keshriyaji Traders

The shop at Sanyogita Ganj opens pretty early. Most days it’s just me and a couple of others moving things around and making sure everything is where it should be. We’ve been here at No. 5/2 for a while now. It’s a busy spot. You hear the trucks and the rickshaws all morning. Dealing with traders means you don’t have much time for fancy talk. We just handle the goods and get them to people who need them. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains and the lane gets muddy. But that’s just how it is here. People stop by, have a quick chat, maybe some tea from the stall nearby, and then we get back to it. It’s not a glamorous life but it’s what we do at Shree Keshriyaji Traders. We don’t really do much advertising because most people in the market already know where we are. My desk is usually covered in papers and some old ledgers. It gets a bit dusty with all the movement outside. Sometimes the inventory takes longer to sort than I’d like. There are days when the phone just won't stop ringing and other days where it's quiet enough to actually read the newspaper. We just try to keep things moving day by day. It’s about getting the work done and heading home when the sun goes down. Nothing more to it really. Just a regular business in a busy part of town.
