Tuffglass Technology

Tuffglass Technology is located out at 272/3/1 Gram-Rajoda, right on the Indore Ujjain Highway in Sanwer. Being on the highway means there is a constant stream of trucks and cars flying past our front gate. It gets very dusty out here, so we are always wiping down the glass and the machines. The facility is basically a large shed with a lot of heavy equipment for toughening and cutting glass. It gets really hot inside, especially near the furnaces, so we have to keep the big doors open to get any kind of breeze. The noise of glass being moved or the machines humming is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We have been in Sanwer for a while now. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the glass and making sure the measurements are exactly what they need to be for each order. There isn't much in the way of a fancy office, just a small cabin with a desk where we handle the billing and talk to the drivers. The ground outside is mostly gravel and dirt, which makes it easier for the big lorries to turn around when they arrive. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with a polished image. We are just a group of people working with glass on the side of a busy highway. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we’ve built a life.
